Adorable and healthy? Count me in. These festive cookies are gluten-free and vegan!

This Grapefruit and White Beet Salad with Yogurt and Tarragon.
I just love that everything in this salad is white. It makes for such an impressive presentation, plus I bet it tastes totally sublime!

These Orange Blossom Meringues with a Dark Chocolate Swirl.
First of all, LOVE that she used orange blossom water to flavor the meringues. But, the way the chocolate ribbons look against the white meringue is what’s just perfect.

These Vegetarian Benedicts with Thyme Sabayon.
It’s like all my favorite things got together—kale, portobellos, gouda, and oozy egg all topped with a creamy sauce!

This S’mores Cake.
Can’t wait to make this! Anything “s’mores” has my name all over it. The gooey meringue + rich chocolate cake looks beautifully decadent!

This Fuyu Persimmon Caprese.
How have I still not tried a persimmon? I only hope this recipe will be my first introduction to them.

These Caramel-Dipped Popover with Chocolate Mousse.
Oh. My. God.

These Grapefruit-Roasted Beets, Green, and White Beans with Pistachio Butter.
Umm… yes, this is the second grapefruit and beet dish on this list. Yes, I may have a problem. But the pistachio butter, though!

These Dark Chocolate and Caramelized White Chocolate Cupcakes.
Why am I not eating one of these right now? It’s the comparison of the caramelized white chocolate ganache to caramel and brown butter that really got me.

This Panna Cotta with Blood Orange Syrup.
I have a fascination with blood oranges… can’t get over the color. I had to make these last night (with a small adjustment). They are uh-mazing! Seriously. I’ll post my version soon!
